Our journey started over four decades ago in 1983 when our Operations Manager, Mr. Randy Baird, began installing epoxy flooring and polishing concrete surfaces. With his unparalleled expertise and dedication, Randy quickly became a trusted name in the industry.
Building on that legacy, Tony founded Advance Industrial Coatings (AI Coating) in 2012 with a clear vision: to revolutionize the flooring industry through innovative technology, superior service, and unwavering commitment to quality.
Shortly after the company was established, Randy joined the team, bringing decades of invaluable experience and a deep understanding of epoxy flooring and concrete polishing.
