Randy's journey began with a simple passion for transforming concrete surfaces. Over the years, he has mastered every aspect of floor coating application, from epoxy and polyurethane systems to polished concrete and decorative finishes. His expertise extends to advanced surface preparation techniques, including diamond grinding and shot blasting, as well as specialized joint and crack repairs.

When Tony founded AI Coating in 2012, bringing Randy on board was a natural choice.
